Work surface for preparation

The outdoor kitchen offers a nice large work surface for preparing food. A gas barbecue with gas bottle is available for barbecue evenings. A two-burner hotplate for outside completes the equipment.

A barbecue is part of every nice vacation. Delicious sausages, steaks or grilled vegetables are quick to make and always taste good. You can cook soups, sauces or pasta on the hotplates.

A variety of dishes inspired by the rich gastronomic tradition of the island of Sardinia can be prepared in the outdoor kitchen at Villa Ella. From grilled fish and seafood to spicy grilled meat dishes, fresh salads and side dishes made from local produce, there is something to suit every taste.

Fresh herbs always ready

As we love to cook ourselves, we have planted flower pots with various fresh herbs at the vacation home, which are available to our guests. Fresh basil, sage and rosemary can be picked and used.
