The vacation home and its location.
The vacation home (approx. 80 square meters) is the guest house of Villa Ella in Sardinia is located on a mountain (approx. 250 meters above sea level) in Gallura and can only be reached via a private road. Due to the altitude, there is always a pleasant wind. The vacation home cannot be seen and is located above the main house. The beautiful 80 m² vacation home offers a spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace for your relaxing vacation in Sardinia. There is also a large pool on the 20,000 square meter property, many other terraces with billiards, table football and fitness equipment as well as a floodlit beach volleyball court, which is also great for playing badminton.
The owner of the vacation home also has his house on the large property and is happy to answer any questions.
The view.
Breathtaking. Grandiose. Wonderful. On the left, you can see the Mediterranean Sea, the bay of Cugnana and the Costa Smeralda. You can almost see the mountains around Monte Saccuri (from which you have an even more magnificent view if you hike up) and to the right you can see the bay and the city of Olbia, which is transformed into a sparkling sea of lights in the evening.
Believe me, it doesn’t get boring up here. The changing views are wonderful to enjoy.
The rooms at Villa Ella
The vacation home has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen and a large terrace. Of course, all rooms are equipped with a TV and you have very good WLAN reception. Also perfect for a working vacation or workation.
Jacuzzi, swimming pool and garden
The vacation home has a private jacuzzi. The swimming pool and the multi-fitness center are available to guests at all times. The water in the large infinity swimming pool is at a wonderful temperature. The water is kept clean with a sand filter and salt.
The garden plot has a size of approx. 20,000 square meters, overgrown with olive trees, lemons, grapes and much more. Have fun discovering. There are plenty of cozy spots to relax or read a book.
That’s great and inclusive
No costs for the final cleaning, which is included, as well as:
- Towels, bathrobes, bed linen
- Consumables in bathroom/kitchen included (hair & body wash, body lotion, face pads, cosmetic tissues, toilet paper, kitchen towels, napkins, dishwasher tabs, etc.)
- Cleaning of the vacation home twice a week
- Change of bed linen and bathrobes once a week
- Change of towels twice a week
Living, cooking & eating
A beautiful living area with sofa, dining table and open kitchen for cozy evenings and dinners. The modern open kitchen is designed to inspire you to use the herbs and vegetables growing around it.
Bedroom 1.0
A large double bed with en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2.0
The beds can be set up individually or as a double bed. The room has a separate bathroom.
Terrace
The large terrace invites you to relax and unwind. With a beautiful view of Olbia and the mountains. The spacious covered terraces will tempt you to your cadlelight dinner. Modern kitchen helpers provide you with active support.
Outdoor kitchen
An outdoor kitchen directly on the terrace. This means that the chef is always involved in the action. Simply wonderful.
Playground
There is a playground with a digging box on the terrace for younger guests.
Carport
Two vehicles fit under the covered, shady carport of the vacation home.
Swimming pool
The large communal swimming pool with a depth of over 1.80 meters invites you to swim at any time. There is a selection of water toys for children and sunbathing areas in the pool.
Home-baked pizza from the wood-fired oven
Pizza can be baked in the wood-fired oven by the pool by prior arrangement. Simply delicious and based on an original Sardinian recipe.
Fun & relaxation
Sun loungers, parasols, billiards, table football, table tennis, badminton, beach volleyball and a fitness center. Or would you rather just relax and read a book?
